Below are some raw food recipes that are a part of the complete Authentic Cleanse.
In the middle of a juice cleanse and need some solid food? Here are some simple recipes for light and filling raw food for when hunger kicks in.
Raw Spring Veggie Soup
½ cup raw organic coconut water
¾ cup pure water
1 ½ stalks of celery
¾ cup of spinach leaves
1 carrot peeled
½ deseeded bell pepper
2 garlic cloves peeled
2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
¾ yellow onion
¼ cup extra virgin organic olive oil
1/8 teaspoon of sea salt
Minced Parsley (ten sprigs)
1 tablespoon of barley sprouts or radish sprouts
Minced thyme (five sprigs)
Using a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients together, except the sprouts. Pour ingredients in a bowl and add sprouts for garnish. You may choose to add pine nuts or minced almonds as garnish.
Raw King Kale Salad
Three leaves of kale, chopped
¼ thinly sliced purple onion
One stem of rainbow chard, chopped
¾ cup of Arugula
2 leaves of Romaine lettuce
¾ cup of purple cabbage, thinly sliced
¾ cup of artichoke hearts
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve. For simple vinaigrette, try the following:
2 teaspoons of raw apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
Mix ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over salad. Add hemp seeds and a dash of cayenne for an added bold and delicious flavor.
